After installing JetBrains Teamcity Continuous Integration (CI) Server, and configuring your first build successfully, you get the following warning message upon clicking Run.
Warning: No enabled compatible agents for this build configuration. Please register a build agent or tweak build configuration requirements.
This warning occurs because the build configuration does not contain any compatible agents. If you select the Compatible Agents tab, you will see the cause for the incompatible agent.
In our case, our server needed to have .NET Framework 2.0 installed as you can see from the Unmet requirements in screenshot above.
Once we successfully installed .NET Framework 2.0 onto the server, we had to restart the TeamCity Build Agent service on the server to refresh the agent in TeamCity.
Once the service was restarted, TeamCity reflects that we no longer have any incompatible agents, which means you can now run your build.
